The Estate has a portfolio of residential property that is maintained to a high standard and are occupied by estate staff and to greater extent members of the public on one year assured short hold tenancies. These agreements are renewed on 31 st January each year and a small number become available each spring for rental as tenants decide not to renew their agreements rents start at £450 per calendar month.
In addition the estate has a portfolio of uninhabitable properties all of which now have planning permission to refurbish to be rented out. The estate has sufficient funds to refurbish one property each summer to make available in the autumn rents start at £500 per calendar month.
