New Farm Shop & Restaurant
Now Open!
Inside the new building we have a shop with butchers counter and delicatessen as well as a new 60 seat restaurant We are now serving hot meals from our New Grill which opened on 23rd January, our menu is shown below.
Our award winning butchery which sells the same meat that we send to some of the country's finest restaurants and delis and some of the world's finest hotels. All the meat (with the exception of the game which is sourced as locally as possible) is Organic & from our farms; this includes Aberdeen Angus beef, Salt Marsh lamb, Free Range Chicken & our traditional Duroc pork, each of which has won national awards for flavour and taste. At Christmas we also produce Norfolk Bronze turkeys and Geese.
From the Deli we sell artisan cheeses, cooked and cured meats as well as many other deli type products.
On the outside of the shop is our award winning grab and go burger bar (wonderfully renamed 'On The Hoof'!), a large patio area and a children’s play area. 'On the hoof' is the perfect place to pick up a tasty bite to take away, a cup of excellent ground coffee or a more substantial meal. Over 90% of the food we sell including the burgers, hotpots, casseroles, soups & sandwiches we produce from scratch ourselves so it really is from field to plate with the minimum of food miles.
Rhug Farm Shop offers a wide range of over 2000 tasty products, many local or organic, all specifically chosen to bring you the finest range of quality produce we can.
We are constantly looking for new and exciting flavours, tastes & delicious food experiences to make your visit to us different each time you pop in. If you are a producer or if you have any suggestions about items you think we should put on our shelves please let us know.
