Nestled next to the Farm Shop our award-winning Bison Grill offers all-day dining in our purpose built restaurant.
Our chef has created a Menu with a real focus on seasonal produce reflecting local products and our own fresh organic meat where possible.
In addition to breakfast, brunch and lunch dishes we serve our delicious Sunday Lunch Menu using our own Rhug Estate meat and seasonal vegetables every Sunday.
We have a carefully-selected wine offer each bottle being hand-picked for their compatibility with our menu, taste, quality and value for money.
What’s more all of the bottles available in the Bison Grill are also available to buy in the Farm Shop should you wish.

The Rhug Afternoon Tea menu includes an assortment of mini sandwiches freshly made; egg mayonnaise using local free range eggs from Nant Ucha Farm, Rhug Estate organic beef pastrami and dill pickle, Snowdonia Black Bomber cheese with homemade sun-dried tomato chutney and smoked salmon, cucumber, rocket and cream cheese wraps.
Our afternoon tea is served on a two tier stand, together with fruit and plain scones with clotted cream and preserve, a variety of homemade mini cakes including carrot cake, plain and walnut brownies, vanilla macaron and raspberry trifle. Served with a tea of your choice.
