Join us this autumn at Rhug Estate for a unique pumpkin-picking experience. Set deep in the heart of North Wales, our expansive pumpkin patch offers picturesque views with fresh air and plenty of outdoor activities to keep your family entertained.
Our family-friendly event is perfect for all ages. With more than 2,000 pumpkins to choose from, you’re guaranteed to find the perfect pumpkin to take home.

What to expect
The pumpkin patch here at Rhug Estate has been growing slowly through the rain and sunshine of the summer, and in October we will be ready to welcome you and your family for an unforgettable family day out in North Wales.
You will need to reserve your entry fee using the Beyonk booking form on this page, and choose both your date and timeslot.
When you arrive at Rhug you will be greeted by a member of our team and walk through a dedicate route to take you over to the pumpkin field.
Once there you will be able to explore the patch, take photos and choose your pumpkin/s for purchase on site.
There will also be hot drinks available for purchase at the field.
Booking Process
Please use the booking form to reserve both your parking and your entry to the pumpkin patch. We charge per-car for entry to the pumpkin field, and then pumpkins will be available for purchase on the field itself.

Do I need to book in advance?
Yes, booking in advance is essential and you will not be able to enter the patch without a booking confirmation.

Is my booking refundable?
Your booking is non-refundable, however you may be able to transfer to another timeslot. Please contact events@rhug.co.uk for more information.
How much does it cost to pick pumpkins?
Pumpkins will be able to purchase on site, and prices will be listed clearly at the entrance to the pumpkin field.
Are dogs allowed?
Dogs are allowed on the estate farm walk, but not in the pumpkin patch itself.
Are toilet facilities available?
Yes, toilet facilities are available on-site and at the farm shop, adjacent to the parking area.
Are there any age restrictions for pumpkin picking?
There is no minimum age, but all under-16s will need to be accompanied by a responsible adult.
Rhug Estate is a working farm, and you are responsible for your own safety at all times. Please follow the safety notices and the directions of the Rhug farm team on site.
What should I wear for pumpkin picking?
We recommend wearing comfortable clothing suitable for the weather and sturdy/waterproof shoes for walking through the fields.
What happens if it rains?
Pumpkin picking will proceed as planned unless conditions become unsafe. Updates will be provided on our website and social media channels.
Can I purchase food and drinks?
Yes, we have a selection of hot and cold drinks available in the pumpkin field itself, and the cafe and take away will be open over at the farm shop (adjacent to the parking area).
Are there any other activities to enjoy?
Yes, there are plenty of things for all the family. Enjoy our seasonal food and drinks, farm shop visit and farm walk.
